| Documentation | In later years, information on certain congenital anomalies occurring in live births, stillbirths, miscarriages and terminations had also been included. In 2011, a more detailed data collection form was used and a new system for classifying the cause of death was introduced. The quality and completeness of information improved and causes of death reflected modern practice and knowledge. |
